Writing Down Your Memories

Facilitator: Tom McKay

Excercise your natural human desire to express yourself, while mining the rich vein of your personal life experiences.  Each class will consist of brief guided "take off" discussions, followed by quiet time for writing.  After each writing excercise, you'll have the option of sharing what you've written with the rest of the class.

Wine & Appetizers:

How to Prepare for the Holiday Season

You'll help prepare and enjoy easy, fun and delicious appetizers to incorporate into your own holiday festivities.  A layered cheese appetizer with sundried tomato & pesto, beff rumaki, baked brie then sample everything with a nice glass of appropriate wine.

Scripted Theater

Acting without memorization!  Similar to Reader's Theatre except actors are not confined to stools. The class works on individual projects and a group play. We will also look at production elements including costumes, makeup, scenery, props, lighting and sound. Concludes with a performFacance for an invited audience.
